This sword is full-tang, and made with high carbon steel. It is fully functional and has been tested in full speed sparring, and has gone through an extensive quality check where it was hit against different types of metals and wood to ensure its durability.
 
The wooden handle has a leather wrap to provide a firm grip during use.
